Board of Directors:
Mark K. Tanner, Founder and President
Mark is the Founder of New Heart Ministries International. He has a passion to lay solid foundations in the lives of individuals, one heart at a time. Mark also loves to write and sing music that give praises to the Lord. He loves to organize projects and see them through to completion. His hobbies are RV'ing, fishing, hunting and gardening. He also loves to travel and enjoys investigating automobiles and realestate.
Suzanne Tanner, Treasurer and Secretary
Suzanne joined the Board of Directors in 2008. Her heart burns to see every single believer walk in the full authority of Christ and that they would know the reality of the presence of the Lord. She accompanies Mark to the outreaches in prisons and churches and wherever they go. She loves cooking, gardening, travelling and writing devotionals.
Don Kirchner, Board Member
Don has been part of the New Heart Ministries Board of Directors since 2007.
His desire is to reach the hurting and defeated souls that the traditional Church is unable to reach.
He loves to preach the Word of God in a manner that all can understand and to share his testimony of God's Grace in his life. The Brothers Keeper House remains a Vision for God's Direction.
Don enjoys motorcycles, but sees it a Ministry tool as well. His burden is for bikers, and people who have been addicted or in prison. He wants to give back all Jesus has given to him that others like he may come to know him. Don thinks that a relationship with Jesus is far more important than religious doctrine or denominational boundaries. His children and grandchildren are his gifts from God.
James Jacob, Board Member
James joined the Board of Directors in 2007. He just loves to see the newcomers coming into the Kingdom of God, to see them change and them becoming prosperous. He loves to spend quality time with his family, horses, his Jaguars and collecting antique metal argicultural signs.
Tracy Songer, Board Member
Tracy has been with New Heart Ministries International since the beginning of 2009 and was called to join the Board of Directors in January 2010.
One of the things that burns in Tracy's heart for the Kingdom of God is the adoptions of babies from China.Tracy likes working on his house or yard and also enjoys being a member of the local Rotary Club in Ottumwa.
Volunteers:
Shane Frazier, Prison Ministry
Shane is a man with an Apostolic Ministry and a boat! He has been with us since 2007 and he rocks the prisons for & with Jesus. His heart burns for people to know that it's a now kingdom and to experience the greatness of God. One of his hobbies is fishing and motorcycles.
Dan Lewis, Fundraising & Special Projects
Dan has joined our team in June, 2009. He has a passion for evangelism, impressing a biblical worldview on the hearts of everyone, and helping those in need. He has been active in fundraising and is now getting more involved in song and music. One of the hobbies of Dan is writing and studying the Bible.
Lisa Mullikin, Keyboard
Lisa has been a volunteer with NHMI since March of 2006. She is wonderfully gifted in worship. What burns in her heart is to see people saved and live their lives fully for Christ. Lisa has many hobbies that are running, volleyball, snow skiing, wakeboarding/water ski, shopping, reading books/periodicals, and watching favorite movies.
Cheryl Rudy, Violin
Cheryl has been with us since 2008. She joins us for times of ministry and outreach at prisons, churches, schools, conferences and other gatherings. Cheryl's heart longs to awaken hearts to passion for Jesus and compassion for people and to see the Kingdom of God established in the earth.
Cheryl loves music, especially worship (violin, guitar, vocals, mandolin and more), Bible study, writing, hiking and living a healthy lifestyle.
David Simmons, Sound Technician
